Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

1. What we collect

We process only what is needed to provide the product: workout data (steps, duration, distance, pace, calories and run type), optional profile data, device and app information, location and motion data after permission, and account identifiers after sign-in.

Raw GPS coordinates and raw motion sensor data are used locally and are not uploaded. After you sign in and cloud sync is available, eligible run records and summaries are uploaded to our cloud service. When you choose email feedback, we receive the message only after you send it; optional diagnostics may include app version, device model, operating system version, sign-in state and your MūzRun number.

2. How we use it

To provide run tracking, statistics, music and beat guidance, the Note Station, account services and cloud sync.

After you agree to the Privacy Policy, to detect crashes, understand feature use and improve reliability through configured analytics and diagnostics services.

For authentication, anti-fraud, troubleshooting and security auditing, including necessary session, request and operation records.

3. Sharing

We never sell personal information.

We share necessary data only for features you request, such as sign-in, purchases or cloud music, with your consent, with service providers acting for us, or when required by law. Third parties process received data under their own policies.

4. Your rights and retention

You may view, correct and delete profile data and run records, request an export, withdraw system permissions or submit account deletion in the app. Account deletion enters a seven-day grace period before eligible data is deleted or anonymised under applicable law.

Accounts, runs, feedback emails and security logs are kept only while needed for service delivery, support, security or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Email providers apply their own retention policies. For help, contact hello@muzrun.com. Policy updates are shown when you next start the App; material changes may require renewed consent.
